Is the trial session free?

Yes. The 30-minute trial needs no payment or lesson hours. Sign up and add your learner; once matched, message your tutor to arrange a time. The trial may focus on goals and tutor fit rather than actual tutoring. If you choose to continue afterward, we’ll send an invoice. Waiting for a tutor? Email us to arrange your trial and share the learner’s grade and subject.

What subjects do you offer?

We offer AP Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus AB/BC, SAT Math, Middle School Math, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Precalculus. If you’re unsure which course fits, contact us with your learning goals.

How much do lessons cost?

Our packages are $20 for one hour, $95 for five hours, and $180 for ten hours. A 30-minute lesson uses 0.5 purchased hours; a 60-minute lesson uses 1 hour. View session packages.

How long is a regular lesson?

Regular lessons can be 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the learner’s needs. The free trial is 30 minutes.

How do I book a lesson?

Select Book Session and log in to continue. If you’re new or need help finding a suitable time, email contact@edusorb.com with the subject, grade, and preferred timings.

Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before the lesson time for a full refund. If less than 6 hours remain, contact our team to discuss your request; a refund is not guaranteed.

How do parents stay updated?

Parents can message the assigned tutor through their account and view the summaries prepared by the tutor. Parent and student chats are separate.

How do I pay for lessons?

Choose a package under Pricing to request an invoice. For billing questions, email billing@edusorb.com. We will confirm the amount and payment instructions before you pay. You will receive confirmation when your lesson hours are available.
