Cancellation & Refund Policy

Changing a lesson

Cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before the lesson start time to qualify for a full refund of that lesson. Within 6 hours, contact your tutor: only the tutor may approve and arrange a reschedule. A change made through Calendly does not automatically qualify for a refund or restored credit.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the lesson without a tutor-approved reschedule are reviewed individually. Contact Edusorb to discuss your request; a refund or restored credit is not automatic.

If a student misses a lesson, its scheduled duration counts as used hours, including for package refund calculations. Contact billing@edusorb.com with cancellation or refund questions.

Your hours do not expire

Purchased hours remain available until used or refunded. A 30-minute lesson counts as 0.5 hours; a 60-minute lesson counts as 1 hour.

Refunding unused package hours

Submit your refund request within 180 calendar days of the original payment. After that, unused hours remain available for lessons but are not refundable under this policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

With no hours used, the full package payment is refundable under this calculation. Exactly half used qualifies for the package rate.

Requesting a refund

Email billing@edusorb.com with your invoice number and account email. Do not email card details or bank passwords. We issue approved refunds within 7 calendar days of approval through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. Contact us promptly if your payment is close to 180 days old.

We account for any previous refunds when calculating the remaining balance; the same lesson is not deducted twice. These terms do not limit rights required by applicable law.
