Learning with Edusorb

Accounts and young learners
Edusorb is currently available to learners aged 13 and above. Learners aged 13–17 must use the service with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision. Under-13 participation, including trials, is not currently supported. Parents manage learner profiles through their own account; separate student invitations and logins are not used. Parent–tutor and learner–tutor conversations are separate threads. Anyone using that shared account can access both types of conversation and learner information. Provide accurate account details. If you become aware that a learner is under 13, contact contact@edusorb.com before further participation.
Lessons and trial sessions
The free trial lasts 30 minutes and may focus on learning needs, goals, and tutor fit rather than actual tutoring. Paid lessons last 30 or 60 minutes, as agreed when booking. Lessons are not recorded. Learning outcomes depend on participation and practice; specific grades or test scores are not guaranteed.
Bookings and attendance
Book with your assigned tutor and check the date, time, and time zone in your confirmation. Cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before the start for a full lesson refund. Within 6 hours, rescheduling requires tutor approval. Cancellations within that period without an approved reschedule are reviewed individually by Edusorb. Missed lessons count as used for their scheduled duration. Calendar changes do not automatically establish refund eligibility. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Prices and payment
Advertised prices are USD 20 for 1 hour, USD 95 for 5 hours, and USD 180 for 10 hours. Request an invoice and review the final amount and terms before paying. For invoice, payment, or refund questions, email billing@edusorb.com. Purchased hours are added within 30 minutes of confirmed payment. A 60-minute lesson uses 1 hour; a 30-minute lesson uses 0.5 hours. Purchased hours do not expire and remain available until used or refunded.
Respectful use
Use messages and attachments for tutoring-related communication. Do not harass others, share unlawful material, impersonate another person, or attempt to access someone else’s account. We may restrict access for misuse or security concerns; contact us to request review. Blocking an account does not by itself decide any refund entitlement.
Your information and questions
Our Privacy Policy explains how account and learning information is handled. Contact us about service concerns or these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you. Material changes will be communicated before they apply to future purchases.
